Bang your Head here, Please!

Many of us have had times where we would love to hit our head against a wall!  I for one would love to do it from time to time if I could get away with it.    It is what I like to call “Self induced stress“.  I could go around the block with just how much stress I have had in the past few months.   No job and constantly getting bills and not know how to pay for the bills.   I am sure I am not the only one.   We all put stress in out lives everyday, but why do we do it?

Stress creates to many problems.

Not to mention the downside of being stress to much.   I thought it would be good idea to at least tell you that stress is bad in many people and in many situation.   Stress lowers your lifespan and makes you much easier to get sick.   It even makes you less likable in some and others.   Stress has been know to cause heart attacks and brain aneurysm.  Stress has been know to alter the brain chemistry enough to cause minor to major depression which could lead to suicidal tendency!  There are many signs of stress that you should constantly be watchful from yourself and others.    Identifying that you are stressed can be the first step into fixing that which is broken.

Try some Stress reduction techniques!

You may not know this but there are ways to reduce or even get rid of stress.   Just because you have bills or other things going on in your life doesn’t mean you should automatically “Self Induce Stress“.   This to say is a habit of the busiest person in the world.   No matter how hard you try it becomes something like a automatic pilot.

Now I am not going to tell you there is a 100% way to remove stress in your life but I thought it would be a good idea to at least suggest a few ways that I have learned to reduce stress for myself:

Go for a Nature walk
Have Sex with partner/Wife/Husband
Read a book
Talk with a Partner/wife/husband about the stress
Do something that enjoyable and break the stress
Start a Blog!

Don’t let stress drive you to death!

We all need to handle stress a little bit better in our lives so we can have a long life. I for one have started to change how stress effects me and I think it is working out well with me. I am no expert on the subject but I have had to deal with it in the past and we all should consider the impact stress changes our body chemistry.
